Q. How many prescriptions can I have filled at one time?

A. All prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the practicing physician, based upon the medical evidence presented to him/her, the physician's professional evaluation, and the history of your current medical complaint. affiliated pharmacies issue one (1) initial script with wo (2) refill prescriptions, per completed physician consultation, for a total of 3 prescriptions.

Q. What if the physician chooses to prescribe medication(s) that are not the ones that I was requesting.

A. You as the patient always have the first right of refusal for any services obtained through i-Medsource, and from our affiliated physician(s).

Q. Do you offer treatment to patients outside of the United States of America?

A. No, i-Medsource will not provide services to patients from anywhere outside the USA. No Exceptions.

Q. How much does i-Medsource charge me for a consultation?

A. i-Medsource charges you the patient $120.00 for the first consultation with one of our practicing physicians. Future consults for registered patients are reduced by 20%.This fee includes all physician fees, processing and convenience fees, for the scheduling services we provide. An affiliated Pharmacy will charge you separately for filling your prescriptions, and for any shipping and handling charges that are associated with them.

Q. How do I request my prescription refills?

A. Step 1: Login to your account and click on the Available Refills tab and see that you have refills remaining.

Step: 2: As your medications become available for a refill, they will be displayed here if you have not elected to receive automatic refills. If you would like to have an available medication refilled, click on the number in the 'Refills Remaining' column. Automatic Refills are sent directly to Patient Service and are never displayed here.

Q. Who do contact if I am experiencing a problem with my order.

A. First try and determine where the problem might lie. If the problem you are experiencing has to do with your registration to i-Medsource, your physician consultation or consultation billing please contact customerservice@i-Medsource.com. If your problem has to do with your medication shipment contact the affiliated Pharmacy that shipped to you, before calling our offices. We will always do our best to help with your situation, but some pharmacy and shipping issues are out of our control.

Q. What are the hours of operation for i-Medsource?

A. i-Medsource customer service telephones are open Monday through Friday 10:00 am until 6:30 pm EST
